feng shui info
The black koi fish symbolises protection from negative energy. The gold koi symbolises wealth, prosperity and abundance.
The koi fish are swimming in the same direction, to the right. The little one at the bottom, has chosen a different way, and represents life’s challenges, but he’s still swimming to the right, he’ll get there.
The total number of fish, 9, is an auspicious number in Feng Shui. It’s also the number of the new Period 9, which began in February 2024, and will last for the next twenty years.
The title, ‘Just Keep Swimming’ came from my love of the movie Finding Nemo and for the beautiful mantra that helps us to know that if we just keep going, good things will come.
where to place
The SouthEast sector is the area associated with wealth and abundance.
Pre feng shui analysis - The SouthEast sector is ruled by the Wood Element. The dark blue (Water Element) background supports the SouthEast as water feeds wood. Water nourishes the wood element thereby strengthening the energy that fuels growth, wealth, and continuous good fortune.
Post feng shui analysis - As the painting celebrates the current cycle 9 it’s appropriate for all areas but your Feng Shui consultant will advise placement in an area where it doesn’t compete with other required elements.
